Partial or prorated refunds will not be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.

10. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or user error.
11. Reseller Transactions
If you purchased the Product via a reseller such as ClickBank, your transaction is governed by that reseller’s own terms and conditions.
ClickBank acts as the authorized retailer of Products sold by Shogun Method. Your billing statement may list “ClickBank” as the vendor of record.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve an issue constitutes a breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate your access, report abuse to payment processors, and pursue recovery of amounts improperly reversed through chargeback.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Products or Services at any time, without prior notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Shogun Method, or third parties.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction where Shogun Method conducts its principal operations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding confidential arbitration, consistent with the procedures outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
15. Amendments
Shogun Method reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms of Sale at any time by posting a revised version on the Site.
Changes become effective upon posting. Continued purchase or access after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
